If you receive a damaged artwork, we would request you to follow these guidelines:
Damaged Package -- If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please do not accept it from the courier. Take a photograph immediately of the packaging, and email it to us. We will revert regarding next steps.
Packaging ok, but artwork damaged -- If the packaging is fine, but the piece has been damaged from inside:
- Frame is dented – For a broken frame we will refund you 15% of the money so that you can get it framed again.
- Glass is broken – A refund of 5% will be given to you for a broken glass for a replacement.
- Painting is spoilt – We will refund you the full amount for original artworks or send a replacement in case of prints.
Send us an email with the order number, description of the damage along with a photograph within 7 days of receipt of paintings to email@example.com.
