Artup.in enables you to buy original art from a vast variety of artists or art-owners at very reasonable and fair prices.

Having an account makes your life much simpler. Your shipping and contact information is saved so that you don’t have to enter it every time you shop.  Creating an account is simple, just click on ‘Sign Up’.

You just have to click on ‘Sign Up’ button located on the top right hand corner of the website. You will be directed to a new page where you can create a new account for ‘Buyer’ or ‘Seller’. Fill in your details and submit. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

The information helps us understand you better and offer more products as per your artistic taste.

You will receive an email with details of the order including items purchased, total amount, order number, and shipping address. 

Order cancellations are not permitted. If we are unable to deliver the art, a full refund will be given to you through your debit/credit card account.
On the dispatch of the artwork, we will send you an email with details of the delivery service and tracking number.
We want to make buying art a great experience on ArtUp.in and this includes the fulfillment and return policy. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but in case of any problems, just email us at info@artup.in within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.

If you do not like the artwork, you can return it. 20% of the price of the art will be charged as re-stocking fee.

If the painting is damaged, we will refund you the amount for handmade artworks, or send a replacement in case of prints. Please read the question on ‘damaged artwork’ for further information on what is to be done.
If you receive a damaged artwork, we would request you to follow these guidelines:

Damaged Package -- If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please do not accept it from the courier. Take a photograph immediately of the packaging, and email it to us. We will revert regarding next steps.

Packaging ok, but artwork damaged -- If the packaging is fine, but the piece has been damaged from inside:
  • Frame is dented – For a broken frame we will refund you 15% of the money so that you can get it framed again. 
  • Glass is broken – A refund of 5% will be given to you for a broken glass for a replacement.
  • Painting is spoilt – We will refund you the full amount for original artworks or send a replacement in case of prints. 
Send us an email with the order number, description of the damage along with a photograph within 7 days of receipt of paintings to info@artup.in.
